Explanation of Services Guarantees and Liability.

Please make sure you read William Adam Plumbing’s terms and conditions and understand them before using our services.

Terminology
The words listed below have the following meanings for these terms and conditions.
“You” refers to the customer, the organisation or person that we agree to carry out work for.
“Tradesperson / Tradespeople” refers to the person or people we supply to carry out work for you the client.
“We/ WAP” refers to William Adam Plumbing LTD

Explanation of Services Guarantees and Liability.
WAP act as agent for the tradespeople and introducer to the client, we do not accept any liability for any damages made by the tradespeople. WAP will personally meet and make sure our tradespeople are qualified and experienced in the service they are providing. Tradespeople are forbidden to subcontract or pass on any work either introduced to them by WAP or by the client. Clients are forbidden to pass on any work to tradespeople in breach of this agreement.

Customer service
WAP prides itself on providing excellent customer service, we personally meet all the tradespeople we provide to our clients and check they have the relevant qualifications and experience. If you are not satisfied with our services, you must provide us with written notice within one month and we will do our best to resolve the issue.

Guarantees and Liability
Any guarantees or liabilities will be negotiated between the client and the tradespeople directly, WAP will not guarantee any work carried out by the tradespeople. WAP and trades people will not accept any liability for ongoing and existing issues that they are called to work on.

Emergency Call Out
Emergency call outs are chargeable at extra cost, on site assessments are chargeable to the client, it can be helpful to receive pictures of issues and information of current systems, including part numbers to avoid delays if an onsite inspection cannot be made prior to work commencing.

Cancellations
If the client cancels any planned work, they need to do so before the end of the previous day so we can notify the tradesperson and make other arrangements. If the client fails to notify us of any planned work being cancelled they will be liable to pay 50% of the quoted cost.

Our Tradespeople
If a client uses our trades people without consent they will no longer be able to use WAP's services, the trades person will also no longer be able to use WAP's services.

Force majeure
WAP reserves the right to cancel or void work that has been effected by unavoidable natural causes including terror attacks and riots.
